Guest Services are just a phone call away. Offering the same level of service as the Front Desk and Concierge Desk of a fine hotel, our Guest Services Team is just a phone call away.
Our Guest Services team services are included in our Deluxe Vacations at selected resorts. Our staff will go above and beyond with services such as orienting you to your winter accommodation, touring you around the resort village, and delivering your demo skis/snowboard equipment right to your door.
Our Guest Services team will also:
- Book dinner reservations
- Book in-home massage and aromatherapy
- Follow-up with airlines for any missing luggage
- Book extra activities (i.e. snowmobile tours, sleigh rides, dog sledding, etc.)
- Respond to accommodation needs
- Arrange babysitting and child minding
- Supply requested additional services (i.e. ISP dial-up connections, cell phones, Sony PlayStation 2 and games packs, 4WD rental vehicles)
- Grocery delivery service (food, beverages and alcohol stocked in your home)
- Arrange dental/medical assistance
- Book transportation for shopping excursions
- Arrange inter-resort transfers and day excursions
- Other - we will happily strive to arrange other special requests.
