Heather Robilliard

Heather, the name and brains behind Ski Adventure Canada since its birth in 1986. The business was born when she began taking her private ski lesson clients skiing in the USA and Canada, one tour lead to a full-time business.
She has earned Australia's highest ski instructor certification (APSI Level III) and holds CSCF Level II Coach certification. While teaching skiing in Australia she became the most requested instructor at Australia's largest ski resort and has never looked back.
The driving force behind Ski Adventure Canada, she is also a great skier and a highly competitive ski racer and has recently been invited to write a technical skiing column for an international ski magazine. |

John Storey

MANAGEMENT TEAM
When it comes to ensuring every detail is covered, John is one of our key people behind the scenes and on top of many aspects of the business. An ex-nationally certified Ski Patroller (Australia) and a CSIA Instructor plus CSCF RaceCoach, he loves skiing. His role in the business focusses on administration, systems and day to day operations.
John is Heather Robilliard's partner in business and in life. |

SENIOR GUIDE.
Bob is one of Ski Adventures Senior Guides, our highest guiding rank and after a few decades of on-snow and moutaineering experience it is easy to understand why he's a senior guide.
He has taught alpine skiing in several countries including Canada, the USA and Australia. He was one of the first exchnage instructors from Canada into Australia. His on snow skill is matched ever so well by his off snow charm and sense of humour.

SENIOR GUIDE
Hamish works with us each season as a snowpro on our on-snow team. Aside from his high alpine instructor qualifications, he has also earned tele-mark skiing's CANSI Level IV Examiner certification and represented Canada at World Ski Congresses as a member on the CANSI Demo & Interski teams.
With these qualifications plus a guiding background in north America and Europe he to has earned our highest rank of Senior Guide ranking. Hamish is a great skier with a dry quiet sense of humor, he knows where to ski and when to be there - if your thinking of fresh tracks, he's the one to follow. |

Jordan 'Jordy' McKay

LEAD GUIDE/INSTRUCTOR
Jordy has been with Ski Adventures for over 3 years. He has risen through our ranks with great focus and attention to detail. While holding high instructor qualifications he is also a Race Coach and CSIA Instructor Trainer/Examiner for the Level 1 program.
2007/08 winter season sees Jordy promoted to Operations Manager for Ski Adventures operations on Hokkiado, Japan. Jordy leads our team of local Japanese professionals delivering the highest quality guests experience available. |

Rose Lintott

PROPERTY MANAGER
Rose joined us in 2003 as a key person within our HouseKeeping team. In 2005 she accepted responsibility for managing the accommodation properties that we care for. An experienced and professional individual she stepped into the role with ease and confidence.
From 2006 Rose began working with us 12 months a year, including liaising closely with Heather on areas of the business ranging from property administration and staffing, through to property upgrades & improvements, suppliers and more. |

ON-SNOW TEAM [CSIA Level II / CSCF Level I]
Carolyn lives in British Columbia at Silver Star ski resort and has guided and instructored for Ski Adventures for 4 years. January 2008 saw Carolyn in Niseko (Hokkaido, Japan) with the Ski Adventures on-snow team. While in Japan she skied the deepest powder snow in her career and loved the experience. An experienced instructor and mountain guide, in addition to her work with Ski Adventures, Carolyn has guided for Germany's Stumbock tour company for many years. |

Makiko (Maki) Matsumoto

ON-SNOW TEAM & GUEST SERVICES - JAPAN
Maki joined the Ski Adventures team at the beginning of 2007. An expert snowboarder she has boarder most all of the mountains on western Hokkaido, including hiking Mt Youtei many times. A resident in Hirafu ski town, she brings a wonderful local Japanese feel to our team and our guests Japanese experience.
In addition to her guest services role she often is part of the on-snow team be it tail guiding or guiding other boarders. |

Mayumi Kinoshita

GUEST SERVICES TEAM - JAPAN
Mayumi joined Ski Adventures in late 2007, having met Heather and John while working in-resort in British Columbia. Mayumi's home town is Osaka (Japan) and she now spends her winters on Hokkaido as a part of the Ski Adventures team.
Within our Guests Services team Mayumi does a wonderful job making sure our guests have a fun Japanese vacation. She speaks excellent English and is also a Canadian certified snowboard instructor (CASI Level I)
During the 2008 Australian winter Mayumi will be working at The Man from Snowy River Hotel at Perisher Blue Resort. |
